Work & Results
Communications engagements framed by the challenge, the approach, and the outcome — because that is how good PR is measured.
Results are what matters.
Here is how we get them.
KOKO PR measures success by what changes — coverage that shifts a narrative, response frameworks that contain a crisis, profiling programmes that move an executive into a credible public position. These case study frames document the practice; full detail is added as engagements develop.
The Brief
Cisco needed a Baltic partner capable of translating global technology and corporate narratives — networking, security, IP communications, enterprise infrastructure — into locally credible media, stakeholder, and event programmes. Lithuania was the initial market; scope expanded to Latvia and Estonia.
The Approach
KOKO PR managed the full communications programme over five years: strategic planning and campaign sequencing; press releases, press kits, and tailored media materials; executive and spokesperson communications including interviews and press meetings; technology storytelling across networking, security, wireless, and enterprise infrastructure; media targeting and journalist relationships; media monitoring and reporting; owned-media content for Cisco.lt; and event communications for seminars, roadshows, WITFOR 2003, and Cisco Expo 2006 across Riga, Vilnius, and Tallinn.
The Result
Five-year retained engagement spanning Lithuania and the Baltics. National media coverage including BNS, Ziniu radijas, Lietuvos rytas, and Verslo zinios. Executive programme included a press meeting linked to a meeting with Lithuanian President Valdas Adamkus. Baltic-wide event communications for Cisco Expo 2006 across three capitals.
The Brief
A national brand entering a new product category needed sustained trade and consumer media coverage to build awareness during a competitive launch window.
The Approach
We identified the editorial angles that gave journalists a reason to cover the launch — not the product release, but the category insight and market context that made the story genuinely useful to their readers.
The Brief
A senior leadership team at a Baltic corporate had strong internal credibility but limited external profile in their sector — a gap that competitors were actively filling.
The Approach
We developed a twelve-month thought leadership programme covering the publications and platforms that matter to their stakeholder audience, built around a distinctive positioning developed with the leadership team.
